Dan is the Founder and NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker at TopNetRealty. He has looked out for the best interests of the Saratoga area and the Capital Region of NY residents since 2004.

Born, raised, and residing in Saratoga Springs, NY; Dan Britten has a passion for thoroughbred horse racing. Year after year visitors, worldwide, fall in love with Saratoga Springs and the equine industry is the fuel that drives tourism to the city and surrounding region. Dan has assisted many horse racing enthusiasts, professionals and owners find their Saratoga horse racing home.
