Dan is the Founder and NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker at TopNetRealty. He has looked out for the best interests of the Saratoga area and the Capital Region of NY residents since 2004.

Born, raised, and residing in Saratoga Springs, NY; Dan Britten has a passion for thoroughbred horse racing. Year after year visitors, worldwide, fall in love with Saratoga Springs and the equine industry is the fuel that drives tourism to the city and surrounding region. Dan has assisted many horse racing enthusiasts, professionals and owners find their Saratoga horse racing home.

Dan Britten attended the College of Charleston before graduating from Oneonta State University with a B.S. in Sociology and is the NYS licensed real estate broker for TopNetRealty.com, Inc.

Scott is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with TopNetRealty. He has been working with buyers and sellers in the Saratoga area since 2009. In 2019, Scott was a multimillion-dollar producer, establishing himself as the number one salesperson amongst TopNetRealty agents.

A native of upstate New York, Scott has resided in Saratoga County for the past 16 years. Known to his clients for his extensive market knowledge and a high-touch level of communication; his volume has grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of very satisfied clients and their introduction to friends, family and neighbors. This track record is only possible because he delivers both results and an enjoyable experience. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and providing the right information to make an informed decision.

Scott has always had a passion for real estate and property ownership. In addition to working with his clients, he is also a real estate investor. Scott graduated from the State University of New York College at Potsdam with a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. in Education. He was a member of the Potsdam Men’s Soccer team, serving as the team captain in his final season. With over a decade of experience, David Redgrave is well versed in the practice of real estate. From working with Sneeringer Monahan Provost Redgrave Title Insurance Agency, Inc to his current position at R.J. Valente Gravel, Inc -- one of the area’s largest aggregate and trucking companies specializing in land development. David is a dedicated NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and notary who stands for more than just his understanding of the housing market. Because of the diverse roles and contacts he has assumed within the industry, he possesses first-hand knowledge of the integral phases of real estate. David Redgrave currently resides in Ballston Lake, New York. He is the husband to his wife, Daniella, father to David Jr., Lilliana, and Michael. They stand as his most significant accomplishments. David is an avid Kentucky basketball fan and enjoys staying active by participating in his children’s sports activities.
